We are looking for an experienced Financial Services Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is motivated, customer-focused, and capable of independently managing a high-performing finance office in a fast-paced dealership environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage all aspects of the dealership’s finance and insurance (F&I) operations
- Present and explain financing, leasing, and protection products to customers
- Work closely with sales staff to ensure smooth and efficient deal flow
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and dealership policies
- Achieve and exceed finance product penetration and profitability targets
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Financial Services Manager (F&I)
- Strong track record of sales performance and closing ability
- High level of integrity and strong sales ethics
- Ability to work independently and manage the finance process on your own
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with lender programs and automotive finance platforms
