We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated General Labourer with valid Traffic Control Certification (TCP) to join our construction team. This role will support active construction operations through general site labour, traffic management, material handling, site maintenance, and coordination with trades and deliveries.
The successful candidate will be safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general construction labour duties on active job sites
- Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control systems and signage
- Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic safely around construction zones
- Assist site supervisors and trades with daily site activities
- Maintain site cleanliness and organization
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment as required
- Conduct basic site safety checks and hazard identification
- Support deliveries, site access, and temporary protection measures
- Follow all company safety policies and WorkSafeBC regulations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Traffic Control Person (TCP) Certification
- Previous construction or labour experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation considered an asset as the project is in Abbotsford
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in outdoor conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-oriented mindset
- First Aid certification considered an asset
- Telehandler Handler certification considered a strong asset.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Occupational First Aid Level 3 Attendant (OFA 3) and/or Construction Safety Officer (CSO) to join our construction team on active multi-family residential projects. To work as secondary Level 3 OFA under the leadership of Senior CSO.
This role is responsible for promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture across site operations while ensuring compliance with WorkSafeBC regulations, company policies, and project safety requirements. The successful candidate will provide first aid coverage, conduct safety inspections, assist with incident investigations, and support site supervision teams in maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite Occupational First Aid Level 3 coverage
- Monitor and enforce site safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular site inspections and hazard assessments
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and records
- Lead toolbox talks and safety orientations
- Coordinate and monitor worker compliance with WorkSafeBC requirements
- Assist with incident reporting and investigations
- Ensure proper PPE usage and safe work practices
- Coordinate emergency response procedures when required
- Work collaboratively with site management, trades, consultants, and subcontractors
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Occupational First Aid Level 3 (OFA 3) certification
- Valid Construction Safety Officer (CSO) designation considered a strong asset
- Previous construction safety experience required
- Strong understanding of WorkSafeBC regulations and construction safety practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced construction environment
- Valid driver’s license considered an asset as the project is in Abbotsford
Preferred Experience
- Multi-family residential or commercial construction experience
- Experience working on active large-scale construction sites
- Fall Protection, Confined Space, and TCP certifications considered assets

- Schedule is Tuesday- Friday 930am – 6:00pm and Saturday 830-4pm this is full time 40hrs week position.
