Summary
Frazer Excavation Ltd. is immediately hiring a multi-skilled civil construction worker who is experienced and confident working in a variety of roles including flagging, rock truck operation, and roller operation on residential and civil construction projects throughout the Lower Mainland
Responsibilities
- Safely perform flagging and traffic control (flagging truck/lights provided)duties when required
- Operate rock trucks on active civil construction sites
- Operate rollers and compaction equipment
- Assist excavation and pipe crews with general labour tasks
- Follow all site safety policies and procedures
- Conduct basic equipment inspections and maintain safe working practices
- Work closely with Foremen and crew members to support daily production goals
- Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in civil or residential construction
- Experience operating at least one of the following is required: rock truck, roller, or traffic control
- Ability and willingness to be trained and rotated into multiple roles
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically capable of demanding outdoor work (lifting up to 50 lbs, all weather conditions)
- Strong communication skills and safety-first mindset

Pay: $30.00-$34.00 per hour
