Here at Arctic Electrical we serve high-profile customers such as Schools, Hospitals, Government and law enforcement organizations... with security systems, access control, IT infrastructure, CCTV, ect. We are currently seeking a Security Technician with diploma in electronics, or electrical engineering technology.
Preferred Experience and Education
- Must have knowledge and experience with structured cabling installation, maintenance, testing, and repairing.
- Must have knowledge and experience with card access systems (Keyscan, Kantech, etc.) installation, maintenance, testing and repairing.
- Must have knowledge and experience with intrusion/security systems (DSC, Bosch, etc.) installation, maintenance, testing and repairing.
- Must have knowledge and experience with CCTV systems both analog and IP (Hikvision, Panasonic, etc.) installation, maintenance, testing and repairing.
- Must have valid driver’s license and be able to pass a security check for working in schools.
Must be willing to do rotational work, flights, accommodations and meals included. 5 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
Must have commercial experience.
Minium five years' experience as a security technician required.
An EET graduate would be considered an asset.
