At the Aura Spa & Salon, located in the historic Hume Hotel, we blend vintage elegance with modern amenities to create a truly relaxing and welcoming environment. Our goal is to pamper every guest with the legendary hospitality the Kootenays are known for while delivering exceptional spa and salon experiences.
Our team is growing, and we are currently looking for a part-time receptionist to join our fun, supportive, and fast-paced team.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our guests, our reception team plays an important role in creating a warm and seamless spa experience. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

- Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Previous reception or customer service experience (an asset but not required)
- Serving experience (an asset but not required)
- Serving It Right certification
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
