We are seeking a friendly and efficient manager to join our dynamic restaurant team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and adherence to food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS and basic cashiering skills
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables during busy hours
- Basic math skills for billing, making change, and order calculations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Kitchen experience or food industry background is a plus
- Effective communication skills for clear interaction with guests and team members
- Hospitality mindset with a friendly, approachable demeanor
