Job Title: Car Sales Consultant
Location: Pioneer Motors Boundary, Burnaby, BC

Earning Potential: $4000 Minimum (commission + Bonuses)
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features and benefits.
- Utilize effective sales techniques, including upselling, to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of current market trends and competitor offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to achieve monthly targets.
- Stay organized with customer follow-ups and maintain detailed records of interactions.
Requirements
- Class 5 driver license required.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or retail sector.
- Excellent upselling abilities to enhance customer experience and increase sales volume.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enabling better communication with diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customers and follow-up tasks effectively.
- A passion for cars and a deep understanding of automotive products is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
