Role overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused aesthetic injector to join our growing team on a commission-based contract basis. The ideal candidate is confident performing a full range of injectable treatments, is comfortable working within a fixed weekly schedule, and takes genuine pride in delivering exceptional client outcomes and experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Administer neuromodulator (Botox/Dysport) treatments with precision and consistency
- Perform dermal filler injections across facial zones, including lips, cheeks, jawline, and tear troughs
- Conduct Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) treatments for facial rejuvenation and hair restoration
- Conduct thorough client consultations, assess candidacy, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate clients on treatment options, aftercare, and maintenance — with a natural ability to identify and communicate opportunities for complementary services
- Maintain accurate client records and adhere to all relevant Ontario regulatory and safety standards
- Contribute to a professional, welcoming clinic environment that supports client retention and referrals
Qualifications & requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in good standing with the CNO
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics, specifically with injectables
- Demonstrated proficiency in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and PRP protocols
- Strong consultation and client communication skills, with a proven ability to upsell services ethically and effectively.
- Comfortable working a weekly schedule.
- Portfolio or before-and-after documentation of prior injectable work (required)
- Valid liability insurance or willingness to obtain prior to start date
