We build technologies across biotechnology, scientific instrumentation, robotics, software and advanced manufacturing.
Your job is to help turn ideas into execution.
You will take high-level priorities and help break them into clear projects, tasks, owners and timelines, then work directly with our teams to make sure they get completed.
This is a hands-on role. You will spend time with the CEO as well as on the shop floor with engineering, science, manufacturing, testing and production teams.

You Might Be a Great Fit If

“Figure out what needs to happen and get it done.”You enjoy taking something ambiguous and turning it into an organized plan.
You want to understand what is actually happening on the shop floor rather than managing everything from a spreadsheet.
You are comfortable asking questions, chasing down answers and following up until something is finished.
Most importantly, you want a role where your responsibility can grow quickly based on your ability.
