The work location is at Nunavik and the normal work schedule is on a rotation of 6 weeks: 3 weeks worked (77 hours per week, 7 days a week) followed by 3 weeks for rest.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the surface services supervisor, the crane operator must operate the various cranes that CRI owns, such as:

Operate a 100-ton mobile crane, a 65-ton mobile crane and a boom-truck;

Inspecting the equipment before and after the work shift;
-
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment on a daily basis;
-
Operate heavy machinery to ensure yard service when no craning is required (Loader-Roll Off-Telescopic truck, Gondola, Semi-trailer truck);

Handle material on various sites;

All other tasks required by the department's supervision related to its sphere of competence.
Qualifications

Hold a DEP in crane operation;
-
Have accumulated at least 16,000 hours as a crane operator;

Hold a valid class 1 driver's license;
-
Be able to follow training to be versatile on most of our service equipment;

Have a positive attitude, be resourceful and able to adapt to different situations.
Nice to have

Bilingualism (French and functional English);

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel and Outlook.
