Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Roofer/Labourer to join our construction team. This role involves working on residential and commercial roofing projects, assisting with various construction tasks, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate is physically capable, reliable, and eager to learn new skills in the roofing and construction industry. Prior experience in construction or handyman work is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
Duties
- Assist with installation and repair of roofing systems using hand tools and power tools
- Perform heavy lifting of materials such as shingles, plywood, and other roofing components
Experience
- Previous construction experience preferred, especially in roofing or carpentry roles
- Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to roofing and construction environments
