Raise is currently hiring a Travel Analyst on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Our Client, the third largest producer of Canadian oil and natural gas and the second largest refiner and upgrader with extensive midstream and downstream infrastructure.
Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.
Description
The Travel Analyst in this role will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of air and ground transportation for personnel traveling to and from our clients field locations. This includes managing scheduled corporate flights, ad-hoc charter aircraft, and dedicated bus services. Operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, the Analyst manages day-to-day reservations, handles irregular operations (IROPS), coordinates site tour logistics, and tracks data to optimize the utilization of corporate fleet and charter carriers.
As a primary point of contact for travelers, business units, and external vendors, this role requires a technology-driven, customer-focused professional who can balance exceptional service delivery with strict compliance to corporate travel standards, safety protocols, and preferred supplier agreements.
Responsibilities

Logistics & Reservation Management: Coordinate complex, end-to-end air and ground travel arrangements for field-bound staff and contractors, ensuring high accuracy across multiple high-volume communication channels and shared email boxes.

Fleet Optimization & Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and track flight and bus utilization data to maximize the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of ’ corporate aircraft fleet and commercial charter partners.

Irregular Operations (IROPS) Support: Proactively manage unexpected schedule disruptions, weather delays, and emergency travel changes, providing rapid, clear communication and alternative logistics solutions to impacted travelers and stakeholders.

Stakeholder & Vendor Relations: Serve as a collaborative liaison between transportation vendors (airlines, charter companies, bus operators) and internal clients, maintaining strong, constructive professional relationships.

Site Tour Logistics: Plan and execute the specialized logistical frameworks required for executive, investor, or regulatory site tours and large-scale group movements.

Compliance & Administration: Ensure all bookings align with corporate travel policies, cost-containment goals, and safety standards. Handle highly confidential traveler information with the utmost discretion.
Process Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data and system insights to streamline travel booking workflows and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

Proven expertise and practical knowledge within the aviation, logistics, or corporate transportation sectors.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, with solid experience navigating complex databases.
- Familiarity with Innfinity (Enroute) or similar logistics/reservation booking platforms is considered a strong asset.

Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to accurately input, maintain, and manipulate massive volumes of logistics data to meet evolving corporate reporting needs.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of providing premium customer service to diverse internal and external stakeholders under tight timelines.

Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment, effectively multitasking through high daily volumes of emails and urgent phone calls without compromising quality.

Education and Certifications
A post-secondary diploma in travel, tourism, logistics, business administration, or a related field is an asset.
