At CedarCreek, our guest experience is rooted in a deep connection to the Okanagan, our Home Block vineyards, our culinary program, and the warmth of genuine hospitality. In this role, you will support the leadership of the Guest Experience team, oversee reservation and experience execution, coach team members, contribute to sales and revenue goals, and partner across departments to ensure CedarCreek experiences are thoughtfully planned, efficiently delivered, and aligned with estate and company standards.

- Lead with strong floor presence, supporting service execution, guest recovery, team communication, and real-time operational needs.
- Build effective schedules, support payroll review, and help align labour planning with business levels, guest demand, events, culinary capacity, and revenue targets.
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members through clear communication, training, feedback, and performance support.
- Oversee reservation and experience details, including Tock updates, VIP requests, overbookings, special guest needs, member experiences, and future experience planning.
- Partner with Events, Culinary, Marketing, Wine Club, HR, Finance, and Estate leadership to deliver seamless guest experiences across the winery, tasting room, and Home Block hospitality spaces.
- Support sales initiatives, guest follow-up, corporate gifting opportunities, inventory awareness, wine ordering, and operational reporting.
- Help bring the CedarCreek story to life through guest experiences that connect wine, food, sustainability, and the unique character of the Okanagan.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality, guest experience, winery operations, luxury retail, sales leadership, or a related guest-facing environment.
- Experience leading, coaching, scheduling, and developing hourly or seasonal teams.
- A strong guest-first mindset with the ability to balance service excellence, commercial goals, operational priorities, and brand storytelling.
- Confidence working with reservation, CRM, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and reporting systems; experience with Tock, Commerce7, UKG, Excel, or Power BI is an asset.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- A calm, professional, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced, seasonal estate environment.
- Passion for wine, food, sustainability, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences connected to place.
- Serving It Right certification, or the ability to obtain and maintain certification.
