Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tinter to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying high-quality window tinting films to vehicles, ensuring a professional finish that meets customer expectations. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with automotive customization and repair is preferred, and candidates should be comfortable working with various tools and materials.
Responsibilities
- Apply window tinting film to vehicle windows with accuracy and care to achieve a smooth, bubble-free finish
- Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning and masking areas as needed before tint application
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively during installation
- Measure and cut tinting film to fit different vehicle models and window sizes
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance, ensuring adherence to industry standards and customer specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper disposal of waste materials
- Assist with other automotive repair or customization tasks as required
Qualifications
- Prior dealership or automotive service experience is highly desirable
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair techniques
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for vehicle handling or equipment setup
- Experience with automotive tinting or window film application preferred
- Strong attention to detail and steady hand for precise work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Mechanic experience is a plus but not required
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality results
Pay: $17.20-$39.04 per hour
