Job Role: Production Support Analyst(Unix, JCL, Openshift, Stonebranch, Shell Script)

Role Descriptions:
We are seeking a Production Support Analyst to join our operations team. The successful candidate will provide critical technical support for production environments| ensuring system stability and compliance with organizational standards. This role requires strong technical expertise across multiple platforms and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain production systems across Unix| Windows| Mainframe| and containerized environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time| minimizing system downtime Support and manage Stonebranch workflow automation and OpenShift containerized applications
- Execute and maintain SQL queries and database operations
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell scripting and Python
- Respond to and resolve compliance and IT risk-related incidents Document issues| resolutions| and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to optimize system performance
- Participate in on-call rotation for production support
Required Skills Experience
- UnixLinux Administration System management| troubleshooting| and optimization Windows Server Administration and support Workflow Orchestration Stonebranch platform expertise
- Container Platforms OpenShift deployment and management Mainframe Systems JCL (Job Control Language) knowledge and mainframe operations Database Management SQL proficiency for querying and data management Scripting Shell scripting and Python development for automation
- Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Compliance Risk Management Understanding of IT risk frameworks and compliance requirements

Qualifications

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON (Toronto District)
