Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in various care settings, including assisted living, nursing homes, hospice, and home care environments. Duties
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide patient care tailored to individual needs, including medication administration and health monitoring
- Support with meal preparation and feeding for clients with special dietary requirements
- Help with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and maintaining a safe environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
- Assist with transfers and heavy lifting as needed, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Document care provided accurately and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
- Support clients with dementia or other cognitive impairments through specialized caregiving techniques
- Assist individuals with disabilities to promote independence and well-being
Qualifications
- No experience needed (will train at job)
- Knowledge of senior care, dementia care, and working with individuals with disabilities is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and assist with transfers as required
- Strong caregiving skills combined with patience, compassion, and excellent communication abilities
- Certification or training in medication administration is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if needed
- Valid driver’s license may be preferred for certain roles involving transportation duties
- Must demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help others
