Operations Lead (“Ranger”) – SNOWPROS
COMPENSATION
$2,000/month base + on-target earnings ~$3,500/month (performance bonuses for snow events, salt dispatches, and referrals) + CRA mileage reimbursement

THE ROLE: RANGER
You're not just a supervisor — you're a territory manager and team captain. As a SNOWPROS Ranger, you'll own a defined geographic territory of 12–20 snow removal operators. You'll be their primary point of contact, trainer, equipment coordinator, and quality control lead.
Your mission: make sure every operator is ready, equipped, and motivated to deliver safe, complete service — every time it snows. You'll also grow the network by recruiting new operators in your territory.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- On-call during all forecasted weather events (salt and snow dispatches)
- Manage and support 12–20 operators in your assigned territory
- Lead efficient service delivery during weather events; cover gaps personally where needed
- Recruit one new operator referral per week through your network, local events, and property manager relationships
- Coordinate salt and equipment delivery and end-of-season equipment return

COMMITMENT
October 15 – March 15 | ~10–20 hrs/week (weather-dependent)
Full availability required on snow days and the day before and after. Several in-person events for team building and equipment distribution throughout the season.
