Your role
Reporting to the IT Director, the incumbent plays a key role in designing and carrying out analyses required for the maintenance and evolution of systems. The role ensures optimal system performance, analyzes issues, and develops effective solutions while applying best development practices.
Your responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications and solutions
Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications
Design and optimize databases and queries using SQL Server
Develop and enhance ERP systems using C/AL and AL
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
Troubleshoot and debug systems to resolve technical issues
Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices
Provide support and training to end users
Participate in solution implementation
Perform any other related tasks

Required skills
Strong proficiency in SQL, T-SQL, and SQL Server
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central (strong asset)
Proficiency in C/AL and AL programming languages
Experience with other languages such as C#, Java, or Python
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
Experience with source control tools (e.g., Git)
Education & Experience
University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in programming and systems analysis
Experience with ERP systems (essential)
