We are currently looking for a Inside Sales Representative to provide front line support in our fire equipment division. This position will be responsible for supporting customers directly in day-to-day activities, achieving sales goals and objectives, and providing a first-rate customer experience throughout the sales process.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers with questions, inquires, and special requests through various channels promptly
Work with customers to create and provide solutions to for their needs or requests
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests; following procedures and ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments
Obtain necessary information from customers to adequately follow up
Communicate and coordinate with colleagues and other departments as necessary
Other tasks and duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
Degree/Diploma/Vocational training and/or hands on experience considered an asset
Knowledge of Microsoft Office a must
Previous experience with ERP software is a plus
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
Excellent customer service & time management skills
G license
Work schedule:
Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm
