Registered Massage Therapist – Lower Limb Rehabilitation & Active Care (Part-Time / Contractor)

About Us
Metrotown Active Health is a growing multidisciplinary clinic in the heart of Metrotown, Burnaby. We are building one of British Columbia's leading lower limb and foot health programs, bringing together physiotherapy, registered massage therapy, foot care nursing, kinesiology, orthotics, compression therapy, and advanced conservative nail care through our affiliated company, NailLift Canada.
We're looking for an RMT who is passionate about helping people stay active and wants to be part of a collaborative healthcare team.
The Opportunity
We're seeking a Registered Massage Therapist to join our clinic as an Independent Contractor.
While we welcome applicants with a broad clinical practice, we're particularly interested in therapists who enjoy treating:
- Foot and ankle pain
- Running and sports injuries
- Knee and hip conditions
- Lower extremity muscle and fascial dysfunction
- Plantar fasciitis
- Achilles tendinopathy
- Mobility and gait-related conditions
- Post-operative rehabilitation
- Chronic pain and active rehabilitation
Experience or additional training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), oncology massage, sports massage, or rehabilitation-focused treatment is considered a strong asset but is not required.
You'll work closely with our Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, Foot Care Nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
