We at Raise are hiring a Security SME (Prisma Access and Palo Alto) for one of our top clients. Responsibilities:
The resource is the lead for SSE WITO transition and for working with Palo Alto for Panorama to SCM migration for firewalls and SSE. Here are the activities expected from this resource:

Review the existing Prisma Access deployment, including remote networks, service connections, security policies, URL filtering, WildFire, FWaaS, SWG, ZTNA, and logging.

Validate the current SSE architecture, including user access flows, branch connectivity, traffic forwarding, identity integration, and HA/resiliency design.

Review how Prisma Access is currently managed in Panorama, including templates, device groups, shared objects, policy hierarchy, and commit/push process.

Lead technical KT sessions with the incumbent provider, customer SMEs, Palo Alto, and Kyndryl operations teams. Ensure KT covers both configuration and operational support procedures.

Confirm Kyndryl access to Panorama, Prisma Access, logging, support portal, ITSM/SNOW, monitoring tools, customer documentation repositories, and escalation channels.

Validate and update run books for common Prisma Access issues, including user connectivity, branch tunnel issues, authentication failures, URL filtering requests, policy changes, and service-impacting events.

Work with managed services team to validate monitoring sources, alert thresholds, log forwarding, dashboards, and event handling expectations for 24x7 operations.

Assist with ensuring successful handover to Kyndryl SS operations team
Primary Skills:
- Experience with Palo Alto Prisma Access and Palo Alto firewalls.
