- Working to the core values and operational standards of the Old House Hotel & Spa, and as a key member of the Ohspa Team, we're looking for passionate Estheticians to contribute to the success of the business. This position requires someone who is hospitable, friendly, and outgoing with a focus on guest service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide full aesthetic servicers including facials, pedicures, manicures, waxing, and bodywork
- Promote a suitable home care routine to clients and aid in spa’s product sales goals
- Provide guest with exceptional customer service
- Assist in general cleanliness and spa and treatment rooms
- Act as an ambassador for the hotel and spa
- Ability to explain various treatments/services to our guest clearly and knowledgably.
- Team player and proactively looks for ways to enhance the level of service provided to internal customers;
- Ability to maintain strict confidences.
- Proven warm and sincere verbal communication skills.
- Effective communication capabilities demonstrating sound judgment.
- Ability to respond to questions from clients and guests offering appropriate options or resolutions.
- Strong personal integrity with an innate desire to work in an ethical manner.
- Detail oriented, strong organizational skills and able to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
Preferred Education & Qualifications:
- Applicant must present valid proof of diploma through recognized school
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of various esthetic services
- Exceptional interpersonal and client management skills
- Knowledge of Eminence Organic Skin Care an asset
- Knowledge of Jane Iredale Cosmetics an asset
- Experience an asset but willing to train right out of school
- Eligible to work in Canada
