Position: Carpenter - Concrete formwork Commercial Site Projects
Salary: $35-36/hr Depending on level and experience
Location: Various sites around Edmonton - Must have own transportation to site
Temporary 3-4 month contracts - Multiple sites across Edmonton/Area (Some opportunities for out of town work with LOA/Accommodation provided)
Seeking experienced Commercial Formwork Carpenters for a variety of concrete pours for commercial and industrial sites. Must be a second year or higher with a least 6 months experience with formwork. Candidates should be able to work independently and take instructions from journeymen and foremen on site. The position will require measuring and cutting forms, placing and removing forms, preparing materials, working closely with concrete finishing crews.
We are also looking for carpenters for various other projects. Some of the opportunities include Commercial building restoration projects, a large modular assembly project, and building new modular units in shop. We are looking for all levels from 2nd year apprentice and up as well as nonticketed carpenters with 4+ years of commercial experience!
PPE: Hard Hat, Steel toed boots, hi vis vest
Safety Tickets: CSTS (Fall protection is an asset)
Must have a current Bluebook and be able to work as an apprentice in Alberta!
