Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Human Resources Coordinator to provide maternity leave coverage within our HR function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, multi-company environment and enjoys both people-focused work and operational coordination.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting performance management, recruitment, employee experience, and cross-company communication initiatives while liaising closely with leadership and external partners.
Responsibilities
Employee Experience & Performance
- Coordinate and support the employee performance review process
- Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with team members
- Assist managers in following through on feedback and development plans
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
- Support hiring managers in candidate selection processes
- Lead onboarding to ensure a smooth and welcoming employee experience
- Coordinate offboarding, including exit processes and documentation
Operations & Administration
- Organize and manage meeting agendas across multiple companies
- Transcribe key meetings and summarize action items
- Ensure follow-up on tasks from internal meetings
- Support HR systems, files, and internal processes
Leadership & Stakeholder Support
- Act as a liaison for communication with the CEO on HR and organizational matters
- Collaborate with leadership on people-related initiatives and priorities
- Assist with internal communications and messaging across companies
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with the managed IT service provider on onboarding/offboarding, access, and system needs
- Support cross-company collaboration initiatives and communications
- Help streamline processes between teams and entities
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- 2-5+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a similar role
- Experience coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
Preferred:
- Experience supporting performance review cycles and employee check-ins
- Experience working in a multi-company or fast-paced environment
- Exposure to HRIS systems and documentation management
- Experience working with leadership teams or executives
- Familiarity with remote or distributed team environments

Pay: $30.00-$34.00 per hour
