Responsibilities:
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages to specification
- Ensure clean, organized, and professional table and station presentation
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude with guests and teammates
- Handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
Requirements:
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Experience making cocktails and working with a full bar preferred
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and presentation
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (as per local regulations)
