Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Finishing Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in wood finishing, staining, and painting high-quality millwork and cabinetry.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare wood surfaces for finishing.
- Apply stains, paints, lacquers, and clear coats to cabinetry and millwork.
- Sand, touch up, and finish products to a high-quality standard.
- Match stain colors and maintain consistent finishes.
- Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary corrections.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in wood finishing, staining, and painting.
- Experience with kitchen cabinetry, custom millwork, or furniture finishing is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to meet production deadlines.

Selection Process

Candidates selected for the second interview will be asked to demonstrate their finishing skills, including surface preparation, staining, color matching, and finishing techniques. This practical assessment will help us evaluate craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall quality of work.
