ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
As a Technician Field Ops, your role will be to provide Service Operations support to internal and external customers in accordance with SITA standards. You will work on-site at Calgary Airport.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

Provide Service Operations support to internal and external customers in accordance with customer contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Act as the customer’s single point of contact (SPOC) when required, coordinating intervention scheduling with the customer’s internal resolver groups and the Service Desk.

Identify, report, and escalate issues that cannot be resolved at the current support level.

Participate in shift work schedules, as determined in coordination with the manager.
Qualifications:
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS

1–3 years of desktop support experience required.

Experience working directly with external customers and delivering against SLAs
-
Airline experience and/or ATI knowledge is an asset.

Degree, diploma, or certificate in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.

Industry certifications such as Cisco, ITIL, Microsoft, or VMware preferred.

At least 3 years of experience with Windows 10, including break/fix support for workstations, printers, and monitors.

Basic network troubleshooting skills required.

Strong written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work on-site.

Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Transport Canada security clearance.

Occasional travel may be required.

Valid driver’s license required.
