We are a modern, clean, and well-equipped aesthetic clinic located in North York, currently seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.
About the Role
The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, has strong communication skills, and is able to bring fresh, innovative ideas to elevate brand presence across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the clinic’s brand across social media platforms (WeChat Moments, Xiaohongshu, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Plan, create, and manage engaging visual and written content
- Design monthly marketing strategies and promotional materials to support clinic growth targets
- Analyze marketing performance and provide data-driven insights
- Coordinate with media vendors and external partners for collaborations
- Support SEO & SEM strategies and website updates
- Assist in overall digital marketing operations and campaign execution
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing or digital media (experience in aesthetic/beauty industry preferred)
- Familiar with major social media platforms and digital advertising channels
- Strong content creation and visual design sense
- Ability to analyze marketing data and trends
- Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus)
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
- Creative thinker with a proactive attitude
