Paradise Dock & Lift is looking for a reliable, hard-working team member to join our growing crew! If you enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a hands-on team installing boat lifts and docks, this could be the perfect fit.
Position Overview
This role is responsible for:
- Driving company truck and barge to transport materials and equipment
- Operating boat for deliveries and installations
- Assisting with boat lift and dock installations
- Loading, unloading, and securing materials
- Interacting with customers on-site in a professional and courteous manner
- Representing Paradise Dock & Lift with a positive, customer-focused attitude
Requirements
- Clean driving record (required)
- Experience towing and operating trailers
- Class 1 or Class 3 license preferred
- Comfortable operating boats and working on the water, PADI Certified
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Team-oriented, dependable, and respectful
