Our client is growing its Vancouver team and is currently looking for motivated and outgoing individual to join as Brand Promotions Assistants.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy face-to-face interaction, thrive in social environments, and want to gain valuable experience working directly with customers and well-known brands.
Working across promotional setups, live events, and customer-facing environments, successful applicants will help support brand visibility, customer engagement, and day-to-day promotional activities.
No previous experience is required, as full training and ongoing mentorship will be provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Representing products and services in customer-facing environments
- Speaking with customers face-to-face in a professional and engaging manner
- Assisting with promotional events and brand activations
- Answering customer questions and providing product information
- Supporting customer sign-ups and purchases
- Helping create a positive and welcoming customer experience
- Working closely with team leaders and fellow team members
Ideal Candidates Will Have
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, outgoing, and professional attitude
- Confidence working with customers in busy environments
- Good teamwork and people skills
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, or sales is beneficial but not essential
