Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is designed as an entry-level growth position with opportunities to advance into Business Development, Account Management, or Sales Management roles. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and managing prospects throughout the sales process.
This is a proactive sales role that includes daily outbound prospecting, including 20+ cold calls per day, making comfort with phone-based outreach and relationship building essential for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting via phone, email, social media, and industry events.
- Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with prospective customers.
- Develop, maintain, and manage an organized sales pipeline within HubSpot CRM.
- Support proposal development, quotation preparation, and customer follow-up activities.
- Build relationships with customers and provide professional recommendations that address their project needs.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Previous sales, business development, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, kinesiology, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and initiating conversations.
- Ability to manage multiple deals and stay organized on deadlines.
- Takes initiative to go above and beyond their daily tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Be willing and able to travel outside of Canada for industry conferences and tradeshows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with HubSpot CRM is an asset
- Experience working with Microsoft Office is an asset
- Interest in fitness and exercise is an asset
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is an asset.
