The Role
We're hiring a Site Supervisor to run our residential renovation projects day-to-day in the field. You'll be the person homeowners see on site — the one making sure the crew has what they need, the schedule stays on track, the budget holds, and the quality reflects the our standard. You'll report to our Lead Project Manager and work alongside an experienced team that's invested in your success.
What You'll Do
- Run residential renovation job sites from start to finish — kitchens, baths, basements, and full home renos
- Manage the on-site crew and subcontractors; coordinate trades, materials, and deliveries
- Build and maintain weekly project schedules; flag conflicts and potential delays early
- Communicate directly with homeowners — keep them informed, manage expectations, handle questions professionally
- Track project budgets vs. actuals; protect gross margin and identify risks before they grow
- Manage change orders end-to-end (pricing, client approvals, documentation)
- Maintain daily logs, time tracking, photos, and receipts in Contractor Foreman
- Conduct site safety checks and ensure WSIB compliance
- Escalate issues to the Lead Project Manager when they exceed your authority or carry material risk
- Lead by example on quality, professionalism, and clean job sites
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on residential renovation experience
- At least 1 year of experience leading a crew or supervising trades on site
- Strong communication and people skills — comfortable speaking with homeowners and directing trades
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with project management software (we use Contractor Foreman)
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing, costing, and quality standards
- Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ownership mindset — you take pride in the result and the relationship
Nice to Have
- Carpentry background or trade qualification
- Working at Heights, WHMIS, or First Aid / CPR certifications
- Experience specifically with kitchen, bath, or basement renovations
- Familiarity with WSIB processes

- 3 weeks paid vacation (4 weeks at 5+ years of service)
- Holiday pay, statutory benefits, EI eligibility
- Bi-weekly pay, deposited Thursdays

- Office base in Markham with project sites across the Greater Toronto Area
Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
