Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling inquiries and reservations efficiently.
- Assist guests with their needs, including room assignments, special requests, and local information to enhance their stay.
- Maintain accurate guest records and process transactions using hotel management software.
- Conduct night audits and reconcile daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy and security.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest concerns promptly.
- Uphold guest relations by resolving issues swiftly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse clientele effectively.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including guest relations and resort operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
