Role: Breakfast & Lunch Line Cook
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Morning/Early Afternoon)
Overview: We are looking for a reliable, high-energy individual to help run the kitchen during our busiest hours. You’ll be behind the grill, transitioning seamlessly from the morning breakfast sandwich rush to the mid-day lunch crowd. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in a perfectly folded wrap, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Morning Rush: Efficiently prepare breakfast sandwiches and high-volume orders to start our customers' day right.
- The Transition: Perform "line prep" to ensure all ingredients are chopped, stocked, and ready for the shift change from breakfast to lunch.
- The Lunch Rush: Manage the grill and assembly station, specializing in consistent, high-quality wraps and grilled items.
- Kitchen Care: Maintain a clean, organized workstation and assist with basic closing prep before the end of your shift.
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliability: You’re a morning person who shows up ready to go (Monday through Friday).
- Speed & Accuracy: You can handle a "tickets-on-the-rail" environment without breaking a sweat.
- Experience: Previous experience with a flat-top grill or sandwich prep is highly preferred.
- Communication: A team player who can coordinate with front-of-house staff during peak hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
