Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented person to join our team as an hourly employee. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years wth custom joinery and high end millwork installations. This role involves constructing, assembling, and installing custom cabinets and related woodworking projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to project specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about woodworking and construction to contribute to high-end residential or commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine project specifications.
- Cut, shape, assemble, and finish cabinetry using hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and other woodworking equipment.
- Install cabinets securely on-site, ensuring proper alignment and fit.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cabinetry making, woodworking, or carpentry; experience in restoration or manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, construction estimating documents, and technical drawings accurately.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools , and woodworking machinery.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during projects.

Pay: $25.00-$38.00 per hour
