Position Overview
The role of the Food and Beverage Server is to ensure that the guest receives the best possible service.
Job Functions
- Provide food and beverage service to the customer.
- Perform cash out functions at the end of each shift.
- Keep work areas clean and tidy.
- Maintain professional appearance.
- May be required to perform opening or closing duties.
- Assist in the responsible beverage service of guests.
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and respect.
- Inform Supervisor of any complaints.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Food and Beverage Server.
- Experience in a high volume beverage service environment.
- Experience in a busy environment an asset.
- Proficient in front office applications of POS.
Other Skills/Abilities
- Patience, teamwork, diplomacy, trustworthy, confidence, works well under pressure.
Working Conditions
Fast paced, multi-unit, highly demanding, support department.

All applicants must be able to work weekends, evenings, late nights and holidays.
