We are hiring leasing agents for HIGH SEASON. This is when 70% of all leasing gets done. This is when there is serious money to be made. This is not a salaried desk job with a slow pipeline. You eat what you kill.
How it works
You generate your own leads through Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, Craigslist, and wherever else you can find renters. You book tours. You show units. You close leases. Everything runs through our tools — HubSpot for your pipeline, OpenPhone for your calls. You keep your records clean, your tours scheduled, and your deals moving. Commission is 30% of the lease amount. Average lease is $1,500. A good agent closes 5-6 leases a week during peak. Do the math.
You attend sales meetings in person at our downtown office. You travel to properties for tours. You coordinate lease prep with our admin team and make sure new residents submit their documents before handoff to operations.
Who this is for
Self-starters who thrive on commission and do not need someone telling them what to do every morning. People who are genuinely good with people — not "good with people" on their resume, actually good with people. You have done sales before. Could be real estate, could be door-to-door, could be retail. What matters is that you know how to talk to strangers and close.
Bilingual French and English is non-negotiable. If "le 3 et demi sur Saint-Denis est disponible pour le premier juillet" means nothing to you, this is not the fit.
What this is not
This is not 9-to-5. The best leads are available after work and on weekends. That is when people want to tour apartments. That is when you make your money. If you need predictable hours and every weekend off between May and September, this is not for you.
This is also not a role where we hold your hand. We train you, we give you tools, we support you. But you bring the hustle. If you are waiting for someone to motivate you, we are not it.
