Registered Massage Therapist (Approximately 20 hr/wk with evening availability for minimum two of shifts)
We are currently looking to fill an independent contractor position for a Massage Therapist living in Durham Region to join our Ajax location.
We are looking for someone with a passion for pregnancy! Experience is great, but if you are a newer grad or want to learn more about pregnancy, postpartum, lymph treatments, and supportive cancer care - we offer mentorship and education with some of the most incredibly talented and experienced RMTs in their field.
We are a busy pelvic physiotherapy clinic focused on women's pelvic health, prenatal and postpartum care. We are looking for a holistic minded, kind, and effective therapist to join our team.
The RMT must be in good standing with CMTO, at least 2 years experience, and have pursued continuing education courses for confidently treating women during pregnancy and postpartum.
Additional course / experience that would be amazing: birth education, doula training, visceral work, and comfort working with cancer survivors. Interest in continuing education in these areas will also be considered.
This position provides massage therapists with:
