Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Water Well Testing Assistant for the summer season/part-time help. This role is a mix of hands-on field work and client interaction, making it perfect for an energetic summer student or someone looking for consistent, engaging part-time hours.
You will assist with flow testing, water sampling, and site assessments. If you love working outdoors, solving problems on the fly, and take pride in precise work, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up, monitoring, and executing water well flow tests.
- Collect and document water samples accurately, ensuring strict adherence to testing protocols.
- Interact professionally with homeowners, realtors, and property owners on-site.
- Maintain, clean, and organize testing equipment and company vehicles.
- Accurately record field data and notes for final inspection reports.
What We Are Looking For
- Local Resident: Must be located in or very near the Leslieville / Eckville area.
- Detail-Oriented: Precision is key in this industry. You must be able to follow strict sampling procedures and keep flawless records.
- Personable & Professional: You will be representing the business on-site; strong communication and a customer-first attitude are essential.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Field conditions can change. We need someone resourceful who can think on their feet.
- Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is required as travel to local job sites is a daily part of the job.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and comfortably lift/move equipment.
