Ridall Pest Control, a trusted name in pest management since 1989, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering effective, eco-friendly pest control solutions to our residential and commercial clients.
Position Overview
As a Service Technician, you will be the frontline representative of Ridall Pest Control, responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest issues, and implementing appropriate treatment plans. Your role is crucial in ensuring the safety and comfort of our clients by maintaining pest-free environments. Every day will be different for you as you drive one of our company vehicles throughout the Lower Mainland to help our existing and potential customers live and/or work in a pest free environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify pest infestations.
- Develop and implement effective pest control treatment plans.
- Apply products and other pest control methods safely and in accordance with regulations.
- Educate clients on preventive measures and pest management strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used using our industry specific mobile software.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid British Columbia pest control license or willingness to obtain one.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fluent comprehension in English, written and oral.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions.
- Comfortable with climbing ladders, crawling in confined spaces, and lifting equipment.

Pay: $47,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
