Heartwood Gardenworks Ltd is a boutique gardening company specializing in high-end garden maintenance and horticultural care. We’re currently looking for a motivated and dependable Garden Crew Member with at least one year of hands-on gardening experience to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:
- Perform regular maintenance in high-end residential gardens (weeding, pruning, deadheading, raking, mulching, etc.)
- Identify and care for a wide variety of plants, shrubs, and perennials
- Maintain clean, professional job sites with attention to detail
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as planting, soil amending, and fall/spring cleanups
- Work as part of a small, skilled team with a strong work ethic and respect for the spaces we care for
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in gardening or landscape maintenance
- Solid plant knowledge or a willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
- Self-motivated, reliable, and professional in attitude and appearance
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- A valid driver’s license is a strong asset
