Role Overview:
As a Legal Assistant in our Corporate-Commercial department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team with incorporations, corporate management, and transactional work such as the buying and selling of shares. Your responsibilities will include maintaining corporate records, filing annual reports, and assisting with document preparation and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and management of corporate documents and transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records.
- File annual reports and other necessary corporate filings.
- Support the team with incorporations and business entity formations.
- Draft and type legal documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Communicate with clients and other parties as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Legal Assistant, ideally within a Corporate-Commercial law setting.
- Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with online corporate management programs is a plus.
