We are an established trading company located in Vancouver, seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Sales, Customer Service and Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. This pivotal role requires a results-oriented professional with excellent communication skills to drive business growth, manage customer portfolios, and ensure an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Retention & Growth: Maintain and build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to expand account value.
- Sales & Pipeline Management: Actively manage the sales cycle from initial contact and inquiry response to closing deals and securing repeat business.
- Order & Logistics Coordination: Collaborate closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to track orders, manage client expectations, and guarantee timely deliveries.
- Customer Support Excellence: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing professional, efficient, and solution-oriented support.
- Market Insights & Strategy: Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and participate in strategic planning to improve sales processes and service offerings.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer success, preferably within a trading or supply chain environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP systems; Acumatica experience is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with absolute fluency in English (both written and verbal).
