Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Window Washer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of windows across various properties. This role requires physical stamina, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold safety standards. Prior related experience is preferred but not mantdatory, along with the ability to manage time effectively and perform heavy lifting when necessary.
Duties
- Clean interior and exterior windows using hand tools, squeegees, and power tools as appropriate
- Utilize skills to ensure all glass surfaces are streak-free and spotless
- Operate cleaning equipment safely, including ladders.
- Use customer service skills to address client requests and ensure their satisfaction with the cleaning results
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleaning tasks within designated timeframes
- Assist with light custodial duties and general facilities maintenance as needed
Experience
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic facilities maintenance is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) safely and effectively
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Experience in customer service will be advantageous for ensuring high-quality service delivery
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
