Your Team:
Join Flair Vacations, where pricing strategy and commercial performance support the continued growth of the vacation business. Reporting to the Director, Product & Yield, the Manager, Pricing & Yield is responsible for building and leading the pricing and yield function for Flair Vacations' package business. This role supports the development of pricing governance, demand-driven strategies, and decision frameworks that maximize revenue and support profitable growth.
Working closely with teams across Flair Vacations and the Flair Airlines Revenue Management team, the Manager, Pricing & Yield translates revenue management principles into practical pricing and inventory strategies for the vacation business. The role supports pricing decisions, inventory management, and commercial performance while helping establish the tools, processes, and controls that govern vacation inventory and pricing, including the effective use of the TTS/SoftVoyage platform.
A Day in the Life:

Design and implement the end-to-end revenue management framework for Flair Vacations, including seat ring-fencing governance, inventory allocation protocols, and decision rights across the Flair Airlines and Flair Vacations entities.

Collaborate with the Flair Airlines PRM team to define the availability controls, booking class access, and fare conditions under which Flair Vacations packages draw from the live airline inventory, ensuring demand is captured without displacing high-yield airline traffic.

Define and govern internal transfer pricing between Flair Vacations and Flair Airlines, ensuring commercial alignment and transparent P&L accountability.

Build and document RM Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) tailored to vacation package dynamics, including package pricing logic and yield management.

Develop and execute pricing strategies for vacation packages, optimizing the trade-off between volume, margin, and competitive positioning in key sun and leisure markets.

Monitor booking pace, package mix, and ancillary attach rates to identify yield improvement opportunities and execute proactive pricing interventions.

Leverage demand forecasting and market intelligence to calibrate availability controls, promotional pricing, and last-seat value across Flair Vacations’ product portfolio.

Collaborate with the Flair Airlines PRM team to ensure fare class availability and seat inventory provided to Flair Vacations are aligned with network revenue objectives.

Serve as the RM subject matter expert for the TTS/Soft Voyage/Intelisys) vacation booking platform, ensuring system configuration reflects approved pricing rules and inventory strategies.

Partner with IT and vendor teams to drive RM-related enhancements, integrations, and automation within the TTS platform.

Support development of reporting and analytics capabilities to track Flair Vacations KPIs, including package yield, revenue per booking, and load contribution.

Develop systems for performance reporting & forecasting and produce regular revenue performance reports for Flair Vacations, tracking actuals against targets and surfacing risks and opportunities for commercial leadership.

Build and maintain forward-looking demand forecasts by destination, product type, and booking window to support supply planning and promotional activity.

Contribute to ELT-level commercial reporting by providing Flair Vacations revenue insights in a consistent, comparable format alongside Flair Airlines metrics.

Partner closely with the Flair Vacations leadership team (commercial operations, finance, marketing, product, and sales) to align RM strategy with organizational goals.

Engage with the product team to understand inventory constraints, allotment terms, and to help build a strategy that optimizes product availability.

Represent Flair Vacations interests in cross-functional forums, including network planning, IT, and airline commercial working groups.

Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support department objectives.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:
-
Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in pricing, yield, revenue management, commercial analysis, or a related role is required.

Background in the travel, airline, tourism, hospitality, or vacation industry is strongly preferred.
-
Proven experience developing and managing pricing strategies, inventory controls, and demand-based commercial decisions is required.
-
Experience working with package products, dynamic pricing, or bundled travel offers is preferred.
-
Familiarity with TTS / SoftVoyage or similar travel packaging and inventory platforms is required.

Experience working cross-functionally with Revenue Management, Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Commercial teams is required.

Experience building or implementing pricing frameworks, governance processes, forecasting models, or reporting tools is preferred.

Experience supporting or leading system enhancements, integrations, or automation related to pricing and inventory management is considered an asset.

Skills & Abilities:

Strong commercial acumen and understanding of pricing, yield, and revenue optimization principles.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of SQL, Python, or BI tools is an asset.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and support sound commercial decisions.

Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to build structure and process in an evolving environment.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
