About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Irrigation Service Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly organised, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in managing their own workload, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering reliable, high-quality service.
You will be responsible for servicing and maintaining irrigation systems across an established customer portfolio, working independently while representing the company in a professional and customer-focused manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the service portfolio.
- Service, troubleshoot, repair and maintain irrigation systems to a high standard.
- Build and maintain positive, professional customer relationships.
- Plan, organise and manage daily workloads effectively.
- Accurately complete job notes, service reports and administrative documentation.
- Maintain detailed records of work completed, materials used, and follow-up actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
- Ensure all work is completed with strong attention to detail and within scheduled timeframes.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Irrigation Service Technician role.
- CIT Level One and Level Two certifications (required).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy in note-taking and administrative tasks.
- Ability to work confidently and efficiently independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated work ethic.
