What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to inbound leads (no cold calling required)
- Meeting homeowners in their homes for consultations
- Walking clients through scope, options, and expectations
- Presenting estimates confidently and professionally
- Handling objections around price, timing, and trust
- Following up strategically to increase close rates
- Working closely with our production team to ensure smooth handoffs
What We’re Looking For
You might be a great fit if:
- You’ve sold high-ticket services before (renovations, real estate, automotive, etc.)
- You’re comfortable discussing $20,000–$80,000+ projects
- You know how to ask deeper questions instead of accepting surface-level answers
- You can lead a room without being pushy
- You are organized and follow up consistently
- You understand that trust closes deals

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their pipeline and closes with confidence.
Pay: $34,400.00-$141,193.44 per year
