Job Summary
IHUBApp helps organizations launch branded digital \"Hubs\" that bring together updates, events, resources, and community engagement in one place. We're hiring a Customer Success Manager to onboard new customers, drive product adoption, and ensure long-term customer retention. You'll work directly with customers to plan successful launches, train teams on core features, and measure engagement using platform analytics.
What you'll do
Lead onboarding from kickoff to launch, including configuration, content setup, and training
Build customer success plans focused on adoption, engagement, and renewal
Train customers on publishing workflows, scheduled posts, surveys, calls-to-action, and reporting
Monitor account health, identify risks early, and coordinate solutions with support/product
Capture customer feedback and translate it into clear product/process improvement requests
Maintain accurate notes and updates in CRM/customer records
Qualifications
2+ years in Customer Success, Implementation, Account Management, or SaaS support
Strong communication skills (written + verbal) and comfort leading customer calls
Organized and able to manage multiple accounts/projects at once
Confident working with web-based software, content tools, and basic analytics
Nice to have
Experience with community platforms, CMS tools, or marketing automation
Familiarity with SEO basics, UTM tracking, or engagement reporting
