Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Vacation Rental Housekeeper to ensure our rental properties are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role involves preparing vacation homes for incoming guests, maintaining a pristine environment, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of vacation rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor areas.
- Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies as needed to prepare properties for new guests.
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and wiping surfaces to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Inspect properties for maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly for resolution.
- Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning equipment and chemicals responsibly.
- Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Follow check-in/check-out schedules to ensure timely turnover of rental units.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments; hotel or industrial cleaning experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver thorough and consistent cleaning results.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple properties efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to meet tight turnaround schedules between guest stays.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks that involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required for property access and supply runs.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences are essential.
Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
