We are seeking a talented and personable Esthetician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare services, including facials, waxing, while delivering outstanding customer service. The Esthetician will also engage in retail sales and upselling to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, waxing, and eyelash extensions with precision and care
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable skincare products and treatments
- Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area following health and safety standards
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a relaxing experience for clients
- Assist at the front desk with appointment scheduling, check-in, and check-out processes
- Engage in retail sales by recommending products and upselling services to clients
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication skills and professional demeanor
- Stay current with industry trends and new treatment techniques to ensure high-quality service delivery
Qualifications
- Valid Esthetician license in accordance with state regulations
- Experience with eyelash extensions is preferred but not required; training can be provided for the right candidate
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Proven ability in retail sales and upselling to enhance client experience and revenue
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients about skincare routines and product recommendations
- Friendly, professional attitude with a passion for helping clients achieve their beauty goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
